Why Scientific Literacy is important ?

Scientific literacy is of course important, but why ?

Scientific literacy generally refers to science, technology, engineering, and math, that is STEM. Indeed, every person should have these skills  to make sense of the world around us, understand scientific concepts at the most basic level, solve problems etc..

Science and life progress depending on each other, because it is in every area of our lives. For example, science provides opportunity to understand how we hear music, how we move our bodies to dance, and how our eyes see art.

Actually, we should all be scientific literate individuals to avoid foreign towards what is happening around us in our lives.
